Christmas Delivery & Return 2025/2026
Automatically extended right of return and exchange
Valid on all gifts purchased from November 1, 2025 through January 12, 2026.
Please write in the order note that it is a gift.
We cannot automatically extend Christmas gifts before this date - please contact customer service instead.
NOTE: Your return package must arrive at the address by 12 January 2026 at the latest.

Inquiries in November/December will be answered within 24-48 hours. We cannot guarantee that we can change or cancel orders as we pack as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. However, we will do our best to find a solution and accommodate your request.

Delivery in Christmas 2025

To ensure home delivery before Christmas Eve, the order must be placed no later than Thursday, December 18th at 2:00 PM .

For delivery to a parcel shop, the order must be placed no later than Thursday, December 18th at 2:00 p.m. You must remember to pick up the package yourself.

Packages ordered on December 19th, 20th and 21st are expected to be delivered by December 24th, but we cannot guarantee this .

Pickup at Kompagnistræde 43, st. is not possible in December due to busy times.
Extended Christmas return
We have automatically extended the right to return and exchange on all gifts purchased from November 1, 2025 until January 12, 2026.
Return & Exchange
Use our Returns and Exchanges Portal if you wish to return.

We offer free exchanges for another size, style or for a voucher (voucher is valid for 2 years).

If you want your money back, we charge a return fee of DKK 35 for the return label. The amount will be refunded to the payment card used for the purchase.

Wrapping is not refundable – even if gift ribbon, gift bag, and greeting cards are returned. The wrapping price also covers the extra time saved for the customer.

We neither accept packages without delivery nor packages sent by cash on delivery.
Unclaimed goods
If you fail to pick up a package at the parcel shop and it is returned to us, you must pay the actual costs charged to us by the shipping company. If you want the package resent, you must pay a new delivery cost of DKK 29.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items in the same order, you can choose to return one or more items.
Please note that shipping costs are not refundable if you only regret part of the purchase.
