Delivery

How fast does my package deliver?

If you order before 2 p.m., we will strive to ensure that you receive your order the next day with GLS.

Burd Delivery offers same-day delivery and next-day delivery, meaning that if you order before 1:00 PM with Burd's same-day delivery, you will receive your package between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM. However, this is only for parts of Zealand.

We also offer that you can pick up your order on weekdays between 10-16 at our office at Gåsegade 1, St. 1465 Copenhagen K, by appointment. When you place an order with pickup, you will be contacted and we will then find a day and time.

Who do you deliver packages with?

Camillakroeyer.dk delivers through Burd Delivery and GLS.

  • GLS - Delivery to home address and parcel shop (also delivers to parcel shop on Saturdays).
  • Burd Delivery - Evening delivery to home address between 6-10 pm on Zealand, Funen & Jutland (selected postal codes only).

We always send your package insured with a delivery fee of DKK 29-45.

If you buy for over 399 DKK, you get free shipping with GLS to parcel shops.

Can I pick up my order physically?

At camillakroeyer.dk we offer pick-up during selected periods. This can be selected at checkout when the function is available.

Collection takes place at our office and warehouse:

Gåsegade 1, st. 1208 Copenhagen K

Please note that unfortunately pickup is not possible during busy periods. However, you are always welcome to contact us at support@camillakroeyer.dk or 71 74 51 56 and we will do our best to find a solution.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to come by to see or try the products without having an order.

Are you unsure about the size?
Please contact us in advance - we can arrange to have other sizes ready so you can try and exchange them directly upon pickup.

I haven't received my package yet?

Unfortunately, it happens from time to time that a package gets lost - but don't worry, we are always ready to help you.

If you have not received your order, please send us an email at support@camillakroeyer.dk .

Please write your order number in the subject field.

We will then make sure to look for your package. Should it turn out that the package is definitely lost, we will of course send you a new package.

I have received a defective item?

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a right of complaint for 24 months.
If you experience problems or your jewelry breaks, you can create a complaint via our Returns & Exchanges portal.

How to do it:

1. Go to the portal and log in with your order number and the email used for the purchase.

2. Tick the piece of jewelry you want to advertise.

3. Describe the defect on the jewelry and what you want instead.

4. Attach a picture that clearly shows the error.

Once we have received your complaint, we will assess the case. If the jewelry needs to be returned, you will receive a GLS RETURN QR code by email. Simply show the code to your parcel shop - they will print the label and put it on the parcel for you.

When we receive the jewelry, we will handle the complaint based on your wishes and our assessment.

I have received a wrong item?

If you have received an incorrect item in your package, please send us an email at support@camillakroeyer.dk .

Please provide:

  • What you are missing
  • A picture of what you received
  • Your order number

We will then ensure that we find the fastest and best solution for you.

Exchange & Return

How do I return an item?

The refund will be refunded to the payment card used for the purchase. We charge a return fee of 35kr for the return label.

If you wish to send the package yourself, it should be sent to:

FREE RETURNS when choosing a credit card

If you choose to have your return amount refunded on a credit note, it is free for you to return. You will also receive 10% on top of the value of the item. Download your return label HERE.

However, if you wish to exchange the item for a different size or product, you can do so for free through our Returns & Exchange Portal.

How do I exchange for a different size or style?

We offer free exchanges the first time.

If you want to exchange for a different size or product, you can easily do so via our Returns & Exchanges portal – and it's completely free .

How to do it:

  1. Go to the portal and log in with your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
  2. Select the piece of jewelry you want to return.
  3. Then select the piece of jewelry you want to exchange for.
  4. You will receive a GLS RETURN QR code by email. Show the code to your parcel shop - they will print and place the label on your return package for you.

Once we have received the package, we will handle the exchange based on your wishes.

Purchase & return of a gift

If you are giving a gift and therefore want an extended return period, you must note in the note at check-out that it is a gift and when it is to be given. We will then ensure that it is wrapped if you purchase gift wrapping and you will automatically get an extended return period from the day the gift is given.

You will need the order number and email address of the buyer to return the order.

We neither accept packages without delivery nor packages sent by cash on delivery.

We will not take your package back if:

  • The product has scratches or other visible damage.
  • The product is not packaged properly.
Unclaimed packages are sent back

If you fail to pick up a package at the parcel shop and it is returned to us, you must pay the actual costs that the shipping company charges us for the return shipment.

If you want the package sent again, you must pay a possible new delivery cost of 29 kr.

🎁 Gift Exchange & Returns

Extended return on gifts

We have automatically extended the return period for gifts - 30 days from the day the gift is given.

Please write in the order note that it is a gift.

I want to return a gift

If you wish to return a gift, you can do so through our Returns & Exchange Portal

You will need the order number and email address of the buyer.

I would like to exchange a gift

Would you like to exchange a gift for a different size or style? We offer free exchanges the first time.

How to do it:

  1. Find the order number and email address of the person who purchased the gift.
  2. Go to our Returns & Exchanges portal and log in.
  3. Select the piece of jewelry you want to exchange and enter the new address you would like the exchange to be sent to.
  4. You will receive a GLS QR code by email - show it at the parcel shop and they will print the label and put it on the package for you.

We will process the exchange within 2–7 business days after we receive your return package.

Payment & Order

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, we will of course do our best to help you. However, please note that in some cases the order may already have been packed or shipped – especially during busy periods such as promotions, birthdays, Black Friday and Christmas.

Call 71 74 51 56 as soon as possible (Mon–Fri 10 am–3 pm) and we will try to cancel if the order has not yet been shipped.

If the phone is closed, you can write to support@camillakroeyer.dk with the text "CANCEL" + your order number in the subject field (e.g. CANCEL #CKJ123456 ).

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email. After that, unfortunately it cannot be canceled, but you can return it according to our return policy.

Can I change my order?

If there are errors or desired changes to your order, we will of course be happy to help you as best as possible.
However, in some cases the package may already be packed or handled, and during busy periods we cannot guarantee that it can be reached.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes! We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee .

If a defect occurs on your piece of jewelry within 2 years, and the defect is due to a production or material defect, you are always welcome to contact us at support@camillakroeyer.dk - we will help you with a complaint.

Note: The warranty does not cover:

• Lost jewelry

• Scratches and wear from normal use

• Damage resulting from improper storage or use

• Damage caused by third parties

How do I treat my jewelry?

We offer different types of jewelry that require different treatment:

Waterproof and gold-plated steel jewelry

This jewelry is very durable and can be used in water, during exercise and for everyday use.

→ Use a fiber cloth to polish them and maintain their shine.

Genuine 925 sterling silver

Clean with warm soapy water and a soft fiber cloth to remove dirt and maintain appearance. Avoid contact with hard surfaces to minimize scratches.

Brass and 925S silver plated jewelry

This jewelry is more delicate and should be treated with care:

→ Avoid contact with water, sweat, perfumes and creams

→ Store them dry and away from direct sunlight

→ Use a dry fiber cloth for cleaning
