- The product can be ordered online via www.camillakroeyer.dk
- When ordering, please provide your name, address, email address and account information.
- Payment is only taken when the item is shipped to you. The order confirmation is sent immediately after you have completed a purchase. You will then receive an email confirming that the item has been shipped after shipping.
- Once the purchase has been completed, the order confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided when placing the order. Please note that in some cases these may be considered spam and will therefore end up in your spam filter - please check this before contacting us. The order confirmation will be sent immediately after the payment has been registered in our account.
- When purchasing a gift card, you will receive an order confirmation from camillakroeyer.dk with information about redemption.
Prices
All prices listed on camillakroeyer.dk include VAT.
If a price is clearly incorrect and you should have reasonably discovered this, we are not obliged to deliver the product in question at the incorrect price. Reference is made to the Danish Sales Act "to act in good faith".
Payment
At camillakroeyer.dk you can pay with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express. You can also pay with MobilePay, PayPal, pay with ViaBill or Anyday. As well as the new addition of Google Pay & Apple Pay, so you can easily double-click 2 times on your iPhone and complete the purchase, completely painless!
The money is only withdrawn when the item(s) are shipped, we do not charge a card fee.
If you pay with both gift cards and Dankort/MobilePay etc., the refund amount will be put back on the gift cards and bank accounts, respectively, in the amounts spent on one and the other.
If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the objection scheme. Read more about the terms and conditions on PayPal's website.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money will be reserved on your card or account until:
1) We deduct the amount when we ship the item, or
2) The money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
ViaBill - Jewelry on installments
When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods. After that, you must pay your monthly payment on the same date each month . If you do not pay on time, a fee will be charged.
If you regret your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill will end. ViaBill finances purchases for up to DKK 2,000.
Anyday
With Anyday you can split your payment into 4. You pay 25% when the item is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid off over the following 3 months. Anyday is free for you as long as you pay on time. With Anyday you get an account that you can use at all webshops that offer payment through Anyday. PayPal
When purchasing with PayPal, the money must be withdrawn within 7 days. If the money is not withdrawn within 7 days due to delays in your order, we will be forced to charge you again for a new payment, as the first reservation automatically expires after 7 days. If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the objection scheme. Read more about the conditions on PayPal's website.
Campaigns
With "FREE GIFT" or 'GOODIE BAG' campaigns, you will receive a free gift with your order if a product has been purchased. In some cases, the campaign may be for purchasing a minimum amount and this will be stated. Free gifts are included in orders *while supplies last.
You cannot exchange a 'FREE GIFT' for another piece of jewelry or a voucher.
If you return your entire order, the free gift must also be returned. If you choose to keep the gift, the price of the gift will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the price of the gift exceeds what you have purchased in total, the money will be held until the gift is returned.
Only 1 product is included per customer, as long as it is indicated in the cart.
3 for 2 promotions
When purchasing 3 pieces of jewelry in the 3-for-2 campaign, the cheapest piece of jewelry is free.
If you return, the discount will be distributed across all 3 items.
How it works:

If you return 1 piece of jewelry → you will be refunded the proportional price.

If you return 2 pieces of jewelry → you pay full price for the piece of jewelry you keep.

If you return all 3 pieces of jewelry → you will get the full amount back.
Example:
3 pieces of jewelry, each 249 kr. = 747 kr.
With the campaign you pay 498 DKK (166 DKK per piece of jewelry).

If you return 1 piece of jewelry → 166 kr. return.

If you return 2 pieces of jewelry → 249 DKK return (you paid 249 DKK for the piece of jewelry you keep).

Returns of 1 product on the order, you will pay full price for the product you keep, regardless of the product you received at 50%
The discount only applies when purchasing 2 products and if both products are kept.
During the campaign with 20-30% discount
Changing discount for partial returns
If you return parts of an order where a volume discount has been obtained (e.g. 30% discount on purchases over 700 kr), and the remaining purchase after the return no longer meets the conditions for the discount obtained, the discount rate will be adjusted in accordance with the new purchase amount.
This means that when you partially return the order, we adjust the discount on the items you keep, and any difference in discount is deducted from your return amount.
Example: If you have received a 30% discount for a purchase over DKK 700, but after returning only keep items for less than DKK 500, the discount will be adjusted to 25% and the difference will be deducted from the amount you receive as a refund.
When returning parts of a promotional order where a free gift is included, we reserve the right to offset the value of the gift against the refunded amount if the new order total no longer meets the promotional conditions.
Example: When partially returning a campaign order where you have obtained a discount or received a gift (e.g. a free piece of jewelry with a purchase over 700 kr), the following applies:
If the total value of the items you keep (based on original prices before discount) after return falls below 700 kr , the included free piece of jewelry must also be returned.
If the free jewelry is not returned, its value will be deducted from the total return amount.

Delivery
How long will it take before I receive my package?
We advertise a 1-2 day delivery time, and we always strive to send your package the same day you order.
If you order before 2:00 PM, your order will almost always be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are often shipped the next day, and then the delivery time will be up to 3 business days.
There may be changes during special periods – see under "delivery and returns".
The delivery time is stated under the current product, and pre-orders have extra delivery time. If you order other items with your pre-order, you can choose to have the order split by writing to support@camillakroeyer.dk
You will receive a shipping date by email as soon as your order is approved.
In the event of delays, backorders or out-of-stock items, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible and offer you a refund or help finding another item.
Who do you use for shipping?
You can choose whether we deliver via Burd Delivery or GLS and whether the package should be sent to your address or the nearest post office or parcel box. We insure all packages and charge a delivery fee of DKK 29-45. If you buy for more than DKK 399, you get free shipping with GLS to the parcel shop.
If you choose Burd Delivery and home delivery, please note that you are also giving Burd Delivery authority to leave the package if you are not at home and that responsibility for the package then passes to you.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to support@camillakroeyer.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time. If the package is returned unclaimed and this is due to a cancellation, we will deduct the actual return costs from the refund.
Our customer service strives to answer your questions by email within 24 hours on weekdays - so it is not guaranteed that your order will be able to be changed or canceled even if you contact us immediately or at the weekend, but we achieve this in most cases.
Right of withdrawal for Christmas gifts 2025
When purchasing Christmas gifts between November 1 and December 24, 2025, you will automatically be offered an extended right of return and exchange. The return package must simply reach us by January 15, 2026.
Please note that this extended return period replaces the regular 30-day return period. This means that all Christmas gifts purchased during this period must be returned by January 15, 2026.
Unclaimed packages
If you fail to pick up a package at the parcel shop and it is returned to us, you must pay the actual costs that the shipping company charges us for the return shipment. If you want the package sent again, you must pay a possible new delivery cost of 29 kr.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Return
From the day you receive the package, you have 30 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
We recommend that you use our return label, this way the package is insured. Our return label is sent with GLS for 35 DKK. Get your return label HERE.
The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods in the same way as if you tried them in a physical store, but you may not put them into actual use.
If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.
Exchange
We offer one free exchange per original order. This means we cover the cost of the return shipping, as well as the cost of the new shipment. You can exchange via our Returns & Exchanges portal.
You cannot exchange an order that has already been exchanged. If you wish to exchange an exchange, you will be charged for the return label (35kr) and the new shipment (29kr).
In the event of an exchange, the right of return is waived. If you still wish to return after an exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange process.
Gift set exchange
Gift sets that contain two or more pieces of jewelry at a combined special price cannot be partially exchanged. If you wish to return or exchange, the entire set must be returned together. It is not possible to exchange individual parts of the set, as the price is based on a combined purchase.
Refund of the purchase amount
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
If the item is depreciated, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
With MobilePay refunds, you will be able to see your refund on the linked card, and not via mobile-pay activities.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.
If you pay with both gift cards and Dankort/MobilePay etc., the refund amount will be put back on the gift cards and bank accounts, respectively, in the amounts spent on one and the other.

Right of complaint
The defects rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a right of complaint for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

In order to file a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,100 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
