SERVICE ECONOMIST (internship)
Your focus
Your focus will be on increasing our customer satisfaction and improving customer service, as well as communication across multiple channels – we therefore want you to think outside the box and come up with creative suggestions. You must guide customers in the best possible way, while at the same time encouraging further upsells.
We see the internship as an opportunity to hold a responsible position in a growing company, and for the right person there is great potential for further career opportunities in the company. You will be part of a team with, among others, the owner of the company, and you will have the opportunity to experience up close the challenges that can be in a newly started company.
You will be responsible for optimizing and managing the following:
- Online handling of our customer inquiries via email, live chat and telephone
- Communication with warehouse, suppliers and other partners
- Streamlining and automating campaign emails
- Preparation of texts and content across digital platforms
- Responding to Trustpilot and Facebook reviews and comments as well as following up on customer satisfaction
- Event coordination in connection with pop-up shops, influencer marketing, etc. (1–2 times a year, however not guaranteed during the internship period)
What are we looking for?
We would like you to:
- Studying a relevant education within communication and service
- Fluent in spoken and written Danish
- Passionate about communication, customer service and has a natural desire to help others
- Is outgoing, proactive and enjoys taking responsibility
- Has experience with customer contact or service
- Able to keep an overview and thrive on having multiple tasks
- Have the opportunity for an internship of 2-4 months with us
It is an advantage if you have already worked with service and communication in another company.
