Who is Camilla Krøyer Jewellery?
Camilla Krøyer Jewellery is a Danish jewellery brand based in the heart of Copenhagen. Who are you?
You are a service-minded and results-oriented person who is motivated by developing the company and is passionate about rolling up your sleeves. It is an advantage that you have worked with marketing in practice and have a reasonable understanding of the technical part. You must be able to work independently and make decisions based on CKJ's values. As an intern, you are relationship-building, communicative and thrive in a developing company. You must be committed and feel responsible for the tasks you are given.
MARKETING INTERN (Internship)
Intern in marketing
We are looking for a skilled and social intern who can handle technical areas in our marketing department - including newsletters, affiliate, social media, etc. In addition to that, you will also be responsible for communication on our various marketing platforms. This means that you will have a daily routine where you will have the dialogue with our Email marketing agency, Facebook agency, etc.
What tasks do we offer?
We differentiate ourselves greatly in the way we communicate advertisements, emails, social media, etc. Innovation and creative ideas are therefore given high priority.
You will be responsible for optimizing and managing some of the following platforms:
- Affiliate
- Email marketing (klaviyo)
- Social media
- SEO - including product texts, blog posts, etc.
- Content & copywriting
- Psychological selling in advertising
What are we looking for?
We would like you to:
- Studying a relevant education in communications and/or marketing.
- Is fluent in spoken and written Danish.
- Passionate about marketing.
- Is social, has lots of drive and can work independently.
- Have worked/experienced in marketing channels as described above.
- Can juggle multiple balls in the air.
- Have an internship of 2-4 months with us.
- The internship is unpaid.

MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER (internship)
What tasks do we offer?
We differentiate ourselves greatly in the way we communicate through graphic material of advertisements, emails, social media, etc. Innovation and creative thoughts are therefore given high priority.
It consists of building a visual video identity, video work, graphic content for newsletters and advertisements across channels, as well as maintenance and further development of the current website and much more.
You will also be involved in our entire DNA of logo, colors and optimization.
You will be responsible for optimizing and managing some of the following platforms:
- Graphic material
- Visual video identity
- Rock works
- Psychological selling in advertising
- Email marketing (klaviyo)
- Content for Facebook, Instagram, youtube, pinterest, snapchat, tiktok & Google
- SEO - including product texts, blog posts, etc.
What are we looking for?
We would like you to:
- Reading multimedia designer.
- Is fluent in spoken and written Danish.
- Your interests lie within the primary task of the field.
- Is social, has lots of drive and can work independently.
- Have worked/experienced in marketing channels as described above.
- Can juggle multiple balls in the air.
- Have an internship of 2-4 months with us.
- The internship is unpaid.
- Lives in the Copenhagen area

SERVICE ECONOMIST (internship)
Your focus
Your focus will be on increasing our customer satisfaction and improving customer service, as well as communication across multiple channels – we therefore want you to think outside the box and come up with creative suggestions. You must guide customers in the best possible way, while at the same time encouraging further upsells.
We see the internship as an opportunity to hold a responsible position in a growing company, and for the right person there is great potential for further career opportunities in the company. You will be part of a team with, among others, the owner of the company, and you will have the opportunity to experience up close the challenges that can be in a newly started company.
You will be responsible for optimizing and managing the following:
- Online handling of our customer inquiries via email, live chat and telephone
- Communication with warehouse, suppliers and other partners
- Streamlining and automating campaign emails
- Preparation of texts and content across digital platforms
- Responding to Trustpilot and Facebook reviews and comments as well as following up on customer satisfaction
- Event coordination in connection with pop-up shops, influencer marketing, etc. (1–2 times a year, however not guaranteed during the internship period)
What are we looking for?
We would like you to:
- Studying a relevant education within communication and service
- Fluent in spoken and written Danish
- Passionate about communication, customer service and has a natural desire to help others
- Is outgoing, proactive and enjoys taking responsibility
- Has experience with customer contact or service
- Able to keep an overview and thrive on having multiple tasks
- Have the opportunity for an internship of 2-4 months with us
It is an advantage if you have already worked with service and communication in another company.
